Who am I? I have asked myself that question many times.
In my younger years, I strived to be somebody – popular, powerful, or rich – it doesn’t matter. I just wanted to be somebody. Like everyone, I had my share of successes and failures, of happiness and sadness. I basked in the glory of my early accomplishments, foolishly believing I have attained what I wanted to be. I was young and naive.
Every now and then, I would fall down. As reality begins to sink in, I wish I could be someone else… anyone but me.
Until I met Arabelle, who would be my wife, I did not realize that I was living without a purpose – I was lying to myself.
Who am I? Am I who I was meant to be? Am I who I wanted to be?
I am happily married to a wonderful wife. We are blessed with two adorable children – both boys. My wife and I own a company that is in the business of importing and distributing construction tools in the Philippines.
Today, as a proud husband and father, I have found my purpose in life.
